About The Position

Ready to keep things moving? Marvin Composites, in Fargo, ND is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll make sure materials move smoothly in and out of the plant. You’ll check incoming shipments, record details, and get items to the right place. On the shipping side, you’ll prepare outgoing orders, pack them securely, and include the right paperwork so they arrive on time. You’ll excel in this role if you like variety and being part of a team that keeps things running. The work includes using material handling equipment, working with others to meet customer needs, and finding ways to make processes better. There are also plenty of opportunities to use your problem‑solving skills as each day brings something new. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $22 - 29/hr. pay based on experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing
• Maintain current Marvin Composites forklift certification or the ability to obtain one
• A valid driver’s license is required with means of transportation to travel between Fargo facilities
• Moderate computer proficiency
• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous forklift/industrial vehicle operation experience
• Lift, carry, push and pull a range of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment, following all safety checks and PPE guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring, auditing, and documenting materials.
• Receive, inspect, and distribute inbound shipments and prepare outgoing shipments to meet delivery goals.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and rescheduling as needed.
• Support production by picking and packing finished goods, keeping packing materials stocked, submitting counts, and transferring specialty materials.
• Share ideas and work with your team to improve processes and adapt to changing needs
