About The Position

Acts as an experienced operator within a warehouse: Receives, tracks materials, resolves issues as related to tasks, trains entry level operators, inventories stock, pulls, picks, and ships orders.

Requirements

High school diploma or general equivalent diploma
3-5 years of relevant work experience required
Valid Driver's License
Does not require vocational training nor a university degree.
Works with clearly defined / sometimes ambiguous methods and tasks that are described in detail.
Contributes directly to specific unskilled tasks or processes.
Has some discretion to vary from established procedures with supervision input.
Contributes indirectly to specific unskilled tasks or processes.

Responsibilities

Successfully demonstrate all Level 1 tasks.
Execute final packaging and distribution of products to appropriate destinations.
Receive material from external operations in SAP.
Follow instructions on delivery notes for shipments to distribution centers and customers.
Independently packs orders for shipment.
Receives daily products from stock transfers and outside vendors.
Re-orders supplies such as boxes, bags, labels, and packing tubes.
Works with planners to resolve shipping or receiving issues.
Performs tasks with little to sometimes moderate supervision.
Maintains / completes certifications.
Performs transactions / resolves transaction discrepancies in the SAP / ERP system required to process material movements.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring workplace organization programs (5S, EHS) are adhered to for the assigned area.
Typically performs unskilled or semi-skilled work.
Typically works autonomously.
