We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Operator to help us prepare items for shipment and ensure quality control.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Certification to operate a forklift is required (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of shipping experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
- Utilize pick tickets and sales orders to prepare shipments.
- Repackage containers as needed.
- Stage and load finished products onto trucks for shipment.
- Unload raw materials and manage warehouse storage.
- Ensure no damaged products are sent out and no damaged materials are accepted.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
