About The Position

Receives, verifies, and records incoming materials and supplies and performs a variety of routine clerical duties to support Warehouse operations. Must be forklift certified. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM at our warehouse located at 8990 S Kyrene Rd, Tempe AZ. Pay will start at $17 an hour. Essential Job Functions Performs daily invoicing and tracking of customer orders, communicating between sales staff and customer service. Records shipment details in the ‘Manual Receiving Log.’ and enters packing slip data into the computer. Prepares and applies identification labels to goods. Generates and prints work orders for raw goods. Reviews and reconciles daily receipts. Creates and maintains necessary reports, spreadsheets, files and correspondence, including Argent software. Handles the overflow from the receiving operation and the production reporting process. Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic problems. Reports complex problems to Supervisor. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Able to work accurately with numbers.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and vendors and deal tactfully with the public.
  • Good organization skills; able to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Must be forklift certified.
