About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping, Receiving & Driver to support daily operations. This role is responsible for picking up and delivering product, preparing shipments, receiving materials, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

Valid CA Drivers’ License and maintain a good driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Basic to good computer skills
Experience in a shipping or warehouse environment, preferably within manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping logistics systems.
Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
Experience working with domestic and international shipping regulations.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and external partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and package finished goods according to company and regulatory standards
Label shipments accurately with all necessary documentation and tracking information.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Pick up and deliver product using a company vehicle
Maintain detailed shipping records and update inventory management systems.
Inspect outgoing shipments for quality assurance and compliance with safety protocols.
Receive, inspect, and manage incoming materials
Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or documentation errors.
Operate a forklift and wave lift safely
Maintain inventory of shipping and warehouse supplies
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Perform additional duties as needed
