We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Dock Worker to join our warehouse operations team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe movement of goods in and out of the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or dock experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift experience required

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (training available if needed)
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, palletizing, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records for all shipping and receiving documentation
  • Organize and maintain the dock area to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipments and deliveries
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including OSHA and company policies
  • Assist with all other duties as needed
