Phillips Tank utilizes state-of-the-art 3D modelling software to produce detailed design and fabrication drawings that are the best in the industry. Job Summary The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement, documentation, and accuracy of materials entering and leaving the facility. This role verifies shipments, maintain inventory records, prepare shipping documentation, and supports material flow throughout the shop. In addition to core shipping and receiving duties, the position performs a variety of manual labor tasks to support fabrication, material handling, and general shop or field operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, safe work habits, and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast‑paced industrial environment. Compensation : Commensurate with experience. Benefits : Competitive Benefits. Available on the 1 st of the month after a 30-day waiting period from the hire date. Phillips Tank pays approximately 60% and employees pay 40% of medical benefits premiums. Employees pay 100% for all other voluntary benefits. Paid Time Off.
