About The Position

The Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate preparation, packaging, and shipping of cabinet products to customers, retailers, and job sites. This role ensures all orders are fulfilled correctly, coordinates with shipping carriers, and maintains documentation to track outgoing shipments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in assembly and warehouse operations required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Experience with basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is required.
  • Good time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with shipping software, freight logistics, and inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents including packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and invoices.
  • Enter shipping and receiving data into ERP, NetSuite, or shipping software.
  • Maintain accurate shipping logs, records, and reports for compliance and auditing.
  • Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments via phone and email regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issues.
  • File and organize shipping paperwork in both digital and physical formats.
  • Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delivery confirmations.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure accurate order processing and billing.
  • Monitor and reorder office supplies related to shipping (labels, forms, toner, etc.).
  • Support bilingual communication between English- and Spanish-speaking teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Coordinate the daily shipment schedule of cabinets and related products.
  • Inspect and verify cabinet components before packaging and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and documentation (e.g., packing slips, BOLs).
  • Communicate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and manage delivery timelines.
  • Work with the production and sales teams to ensure customer orders are shipped on time.
  • Monitor inventory of shipping materials and order supplies as needed.
  • Address and resolve shipping issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
