About The Position

Key Obsessions: Material Handling and Inventory Management Perform shipping and receiving tasks for raw material, fabricated parts, purchased components, and outside services. Maintain inventory control for raw material, fabricated parts, purchased components, and outside services. Operate forklift, company truck, and other equipment to move and deliver materials and parts. Notify appropriate personnel of maintenance issues. Accurately record data in ERP system to capture part movement and cost. Safety, Training, and Continuous Improvement Follow safe work practices and perform housekeeping tasks. Assist with training other team members. Be actively engaged in continuous improvement projects and culture. Recommend and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs. Communication and Team Collaboration Communicate openly, share knowledge, and build positive collaboration between departments and team members. Support and contribute to department and company metrics. Foster a positive team environment and encourage peer support. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to enhance interdepartmental alignment. Recommend and implement best practices to prioritize safety, improve productivity, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Team members may be asked to work before or after their scheduled shift or on non-regular workdays. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
