Requirements

No experience required – we provide thorough training
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work

Nice To Haves

Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

Be the main contact in planning and executing inbound/outbound shipments
Be a super user for the Ross ERP system
Ensure order fulfilment is completed using FIFO inventory management
Utilize Smart Bill, Savanna, and other systems
Operate the AS/RS system as needed
Provide administrative and technical support for the department
Drive a forklift to ensure proper material handling
