Responsibilities

• Greet and direct truck drivers while in the plant and instruct them to follow proper protocol.
• Organizes and maintains Logistics Attendance Sheets and Schedules.
• Prepare and organize receiving labels for incoming loads.
• Prepares reports, statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software.
• Read and analyze incoming information and plan their distribution to the proper personnel.
• File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
• Prepares reports, such as shipping and receiving summaries, inventory balance as requested.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries from other departments.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
