JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for fulfilling PPE orders from internal and external clients. Maintaining inventory levels and determining when these levels need to be replenished is also a major function of the position. This position is responsible for receiving and warehousing new inventory as it arrives, and keeping the warehouse organized in general. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working in a shipping or receiving role in the chemical industry

Responsibilities

• Fulfill PPE orders for internal and external customers.
• Data entry
• Help to maintain inventory levels.
• Receive, count, and restock new inventory in proper location when received.
• Decide which is the cheapest and/or most effective carrier to use.
• Close orders in MAS, mainly LtL orders.
• Create backorders for items that are not in stock.
• Contact the carriers for pick-up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, both inside and outside of the building.
