About The Position

Verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments. Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, Purchase orders, or other records. Responsible for the initial inbound scan of all devices systemically to ensure that they are received under the correct SKU.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of Warehouse Experience
• Must be a proactive with a strong sense of initiative
• Experience in freight receipts and shipments encouraged
• Stand, stoop, bend, squat, pick, place, and lift, up to 50lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to work long hours on your feet
• Reliable and timely
• Pallet/Jack and/or Forklift Experience a plus
• Experienced in Ship station Platform
• Some experience in GP (Great Plains Platform)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering, and distributing packages and letters within the company
• Maintain the company warehouse through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments
• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
• Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
• Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
• Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods
