Richfield Bloomington Honda needs to add to their team of Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerks.

Pay: $22.00 an hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Has knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
• Is good at paying attention to detail.
• Is able to communicate in a professional manner on the phone, on the internet and in person.

• Experience a plus, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Checks in all incoming orders
• Files claims on missing or damaged parts
• Puts up stock; Sets up new stock and assign bin locations
• Assures that the parts dept. is kept clean and orderly at all times
• Maintains special order parts file
• Sends out ups and ups cod shipments
• Keeps core returns up to date
• Assists in annual parts returns at various times through the year
• Spot checks bins for accuracy (clinical inventory)
• Assures dept. is prepared for annual physical inventory
• Assists in loading and routing drivers when necessary
• May at times be called upon to do a delivery or pickup
• Assists at the parts counter when called upon to do so
• Be receptive enough to be self-motivated as other jobs occur
