About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk, reporting to the Operations Manager, is responsible for managing all activities in the Shipping and Receiving office. This role serves as the primary contact for incoming and outgoing truck drivers, handling paperwork, maintaining schedules, and representing Red Bull to visitors and customers. The position is based at Red Bull's new, state-of-the-art, air-conditioned 'Lagerhaus' facility in Glendale, AZ, and offers a variety of shifts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing or DC operations
• Experienced in Excel (can perform complex functions)
• An understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems

Nice To Haves

• Prior exposure to CPG and Food & Beverage industries preferred
• Experience with SAP (EWM), Manhattan (WMS), or other Warehouse Management system preferred

Responsibilities

• Sign drivers in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork
• Assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads
• Maintain door accuracy and yard report for trailer inventory
• Process Bills of Loading and associated shipping and receiving documents
• Reconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity
• Provide 'customer service' to our customers
• Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules
• Coordinate moves on the yard for the spotter/yard jockey
• Work with shift management to accomplish shift goals
• Report errors and issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy
• Audit and verify data inputs and paperwork
• Other clerical tasks as assigned

Benefits

• base + bonus target: $23.00 per hour
• $2 shift differential
• 5% target quarterly bonus
