Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Read, write and speak English.
  • Past experience / proven ability.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, as needed, including overtime and/or weekend hours.
  • Basic mathematic skills are a must.
  • Basic Computer skills are a must.
  • Ability to communicate, and interface, with a wide variety of inside and outside sources.
  • Show flexibility to handle frequent changes to responsibilities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Abide by all plant rules and safety regulations in the performance of the duties specified here in.

  • Fork-lift license preferred or willing to train.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all required shipping and receiving documentation
  • Preparation of CoA’s
  • Preparation of CoC’s
  • Warehouse Organization: Safe working conditions will be strictly adhered to. Rows must be neat, orderly, and straight at all times. Designated warehouse cleaning areas must be must be maintained at all times.
  • Computer/Records: Ability to use a computer on a daily basis for inventory related tasks/concerns. Ability to successfully navigate JDE Shipping Ability to successfully navigate Infinity software to process CoC’s and CoA’s
  • Back Up Shipping: Stage outbound shipments as necessary. Arrange carrier and coordinate pick up times, and required paperwork. Fill out all paperwork neatly and accurately. Load pallets onto trailers without damage.
  • General: Work with QC on proper heldware movement of materials. Work with shift supervisors on finished good recalls, if needed. Assist with monthly inventory counts and other cycle counts.
  • Back-up crew leader (i.e. vacation, illness)
  • Staff are informed and held accountable for their food safety and regulatory responsibilities; Staff are positively encouraged and required to notify management of actual or potential food safety issues; and Staff are empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work.
  • Other duties as assigned
