We’re looking for a dependable, detail-driven Shipping & Receiving Clerk to keep our Parts Department running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

Prior experience in an automotive dealership or parts department a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Receive, ship, and deliver parts accurately and efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service to retail, service, and wholesale clients
Organize and maintain the parts inventory — stock shelves, label bins, and track locations
Keep detailed records of deliveries, returns, and funds
Assist with inventory audits and annual physical inventory
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and delivery vehicle
Work collaboratively with technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations
