Requirements

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus.
Automotive parts knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
Accurately log and document inventory into the dealership’s system.
Maintain organized storage of parts, ensuring quick and efficient retrieval.
Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders promptly and in line with dealership standards.
Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill parts requests.
Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
