Position Summary The Shipper/Receiver responsibilities include checking order accuracy, generating shipping labels, packing shipments and processing paperwork to ship with each request, In-bound product receiving, product quality inspection, part packaging & labeling, documentation verification, and various transaction processing. Essential Functions: · Shipping products with 100% accuracy. · Crating, packing and shipping of all orders. · Arrange for transportation of products with Freight Carriers including reverse logistics. · Restock all shipping material and prepare for the next business day. · Check inventory and order shipping material to ensure enough are available. · Communicate all product concerns to Customer Service and immediate Manager. · Responsible for receiving, packaging and labelling of all received products/supplies. · Follow all standard operating procedures. · Performing receiving functions to verify part, quantity, and documentation are accurate. Resolve discrepancies. · Perform data entry functions to record material process completion. · Label and package products using various labeling/packaging equipment · Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy · Track invoices, manifests and issues with delivery or transportation. · Unload trucks, unpack inventory and stock shelves. · File paperwork at the end of each business day. · Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Accounting, and other Operations departments. · Follow all procedures outlined in Globus Medical’s Quality Policy and Employee Handbook to ensure total conformity with the FDA and other government agencies. · Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies · Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role · Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
