About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk with forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping materials while ensuring accurate inventory records and safe handling of goods. The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts, working in a warehouse environment, and maintaining organized shipping and receiving processes.

Experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics
Experience operating a forklift

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
Accurately record received items in inventory systems and label materials for storage or distribution.
Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders according to company standards and shipping requirements.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean, safe, and efficient storage areas.
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation and update inventory tracking systems.
Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines when handling materials and equipment.
Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
