The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for contributing to the success of Mohawk Chevrolet by expediting & documenting the flow of incoming & outgoing shipments in a professional process which is efficient, accurate & in compliance with all safety processes. Other duties may include but are not limited to:
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence and other information
- Mathematical skills; ability to use calculator
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
Responsibilities
- Receiving and posting of all parts from manufacture and outside vendors
- Shelving and locating parts in our Document Management System
- Processing Cores and Warranty Return Parts
- Maintain clean warehouse and work area
- Pulling and filling outgoing wholesale parts orders
- Routing drivers for wholesale delivery
- Processing daily cycle counts
