The position involves planning, coordinating, and supporting the distribution of finished goods and spare parts. Key responsibilities include identifying and meeting on-time delivery requirements, satisfying customer delivery needs, and reporting on-time delivery outcomes. The role also requires scheduling freight companies, picking and shipping domestic and international sales and transfer orders within the ERP system, and performing daily receiving functions. Additional tasks include verifying counts of parts received from production and suppliers, receiving Purchase Orders and Work Orders in the ERP system, and stocking parts on shelves in designated storage locations. The employee will also perform cycle counts, assist with verifications and system entry, identify root causes and corrective actions for inventory discrepancies, and reconcile inventory inaccuracies. Other responsibilities include completing Point of Use replenishment, performing order verifications, generating packing lists and shipping documentation, maintaining accurate inventory, operating a forklift, and supporting distribution activities such as packing and crating. The employee must also maintain a clean and safe working environment and may be required to train others on warehouse duties.
