Job Overview The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for managing data entry and incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Essential Functions Receives incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders. Prepares outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling items. Ensures proper packaging and documentation for domestic and international shipments. Coordinates with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries. Maintains accurate inventory records and track shipments using designated software. Operates a forklift to load and unload trucks, as well as move materials within the warehouse. Adheres to safety protocols and regulations while operating forklift and handling materials. Accurately inputs and maintains data into computer systems and databases. Verifies and updates information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organizes and manages electronic files and documents. Assists with data analysis and report generation as needed.
