Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601 Pay: $19–$20/hr | Shift: 9am–5pm Summary: Responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material handling. Ensures accurate documentation, safe forklift operation, and timely movement of products. Works closely with an 8‑person team and supports both shipping and receiving functions.
Requirements
- HS diploma/GED or manufacturing experience
- 2–3+ years shipping/receiving; 1+ year forklift experience
- Computer skills (email, ERP systems) and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team; safety and quality mindset
Responsibilities
- Pick, stage, and load orders; process shipments in Epicor/Kinetic and Shipwell
- Unload inbound materials, verify paperwork, and process receipts same day
- Create Bills of Lading, print pick lists, close packs, and scan documents
- Communicate with drivers, schedule pickups, and support administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE requirements
