About The Position

We're seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who will be responsible for the accurate and timely shipment, receipt, and tracking of all products, materials, and supplies. This role supports daily warehouse operations by unloading deliveries, stocking inventory, preparing outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires close coordination with logistics, customer service, vendors, and drivers to ensure efficient material flow and high service standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
• Forklift certification (required within 90 days)
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems (WMS preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Suite i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, and stock inbound shipments
• Pick, pack, label, and load outbound shipments
• Track, trace, and update shipment status for inbound and outbound orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records, log sheets, and proof of delivery
• Create packing slips, delivery receipts, load tags, and address labels
• Schedule trucks and manage dock scheduling systems
• Expedite priority inbound materials as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide backup support to shipping and receiving operations
