About The Position

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, with a focus on international logistics and UPS systems.

This is a 3-6 month contract with a possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
• Prior experience with international shipping procedures
• Proficiency using UPS computer systems and shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with customs documentation and international freight coordination
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments and deliveries
• Preparing and packaging outgoing domestic and international shipments
• Operating UPS shipping software to generate labels and manage logistics
• Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and receipts
• Coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery
• Keeping the shipping/receiving area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
• Lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs as needed
• Other duties as assigned
