About The Position
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. Real Alloy's facility in Goodyear, AZ, the legal entity Imsamet of Arizona, is looking to add another Shipping and Receiving Associate to our team! This is a critical role in the daily operation of the facility. We're looking for someone that can communicate effectively with fellow employees, customers, truck drivers, contractors, & all visitors entering the plant. Safety policies will need to be understood & explained to those visiting the site. Mobile equipment experience is helpful! Monday - Friday schedule 7am-3pm, overtime as needed. $20/hour
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Able to efficiently operate forklift, frontend loader, skid steer to unload – reload various materials
- Direct communication with truck traffic
- Load daily out bound waste shipments
- Load waste into tubs using frontend loader
- Receive and properly place incoming material in right bins/piles using frontend loader/forklift
- Legibly complete receiver tickets
- Scale in and out trucks accurately complete MDC logbook
- Lot integrity including material segregation and marking of loads
- Transport stage/ dump raw materials for furnace processing as needed
- Plant cleanup as needed
- Correctly stage and ship plant finished goods
- Other duties deemed necessary
