About The Position
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming freight and materials Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse staff Ensure freight is properly staged and secured Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized dock and warehouse area
Requirements
- Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience or certification a plus
- Ability to lift to 75 lbs and work in a physical environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Valid driverâs license required
