Requirements
- Direct experience with piping and flanges strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a related industry handling similar materials highly desired
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail (required)
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to learn and retain complex product knowledge
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and ship materials accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organization of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Verify product specifications, quantities, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product handling
- Utilize Microsoft tools for tracking, communication, and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform additional duties as assigned
