About The Position

RideNow Powersports Chandler is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, friendly individual to join our Parts Team! The ideal Shipping and Receiving candidate will have knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, logistics, managing inventory, and excel in customer service roles!

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, worked in stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions frequently
• Superior Customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High sense of urgency
• Ability to complete tasks accurately in an organized fashion with little direction

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with EVO preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields preferred

Responsibilities

• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations
• Update inventory control system and parts catalog
• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)
• Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carrier's shipping instructions (i.e., route, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc)
• Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
