About The Position
We are seeking a reliable Shipping / Receiving Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations at a Tulsa-based facility. The Shipping / Receiving Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring shipments meet quality and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of Shipping & Receiving experience required
- Strong computer and inventory system experience
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks manually and with forklift or pallet jack
- Fill material requests for production and sales orders
- Verify inventory and maintain accurate records using computer systems
- Ensure all quality documents are routed to QC with required purchase orders and job orders
- Pack and crate materials for domestic and international shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform calculations and measurements accurately (heavy math skills required)
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
