Location: Roselle, Il The Role: The Shipping Associate receives and ships fragile customer equipment by performing the following duties.

  • Previous shipping/receiving and forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and organize customer equipment.
  • Inspects products for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Log customer equipment into Graftel database and distribute instruments to the appropriate lab.
  • Carefully pack completed orders and log instruments out of Graftel database.
  • Create the appropriate shipping labels based on PO instructions and notes in Graftel database.
  • Organize completed orders and release to the appropriate delivery company
  • Other duties as assigned
