About The Position
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. Real Alloy's facility in Goodyear, AZ , the legal entity Imsamet of Arizona , is looking to add another Shipping and Receiving Associate to our team! This is a critical role in the daily operation of the facility. We're looking for someone that can communicate effectively with fellow employees, customers, truck drivers, contractors, & all visitors entering the plant. Safety policies will need to be understood & explained to those visiting the site. Mobile equipment experience is helpful! Monday - Friday schedule 7am-3pm, overtime as needed. $20/hour
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Able to efficiently operate forklift , frontend loader, skid steer to unload – reload various materials
- Direct communication with truck traffic
- Load daily out bound waste shipments
- Load waste into tubs using frontend loader
- Receive and properly place incoming material in right bins/piles using frontend loader /forklift
- Legibly complete receiver tickets
- Scale in and out trucks accurately complete MDC logbook
- Lot integrity including material segregation and marking of loads
- Transport stage / dump raw materials for furnace processing as needed
- Plant cleanup as needed
- Correctly stage and ship plant finished goods
- Other duties deemed necessary
