As a Shipping Receiving Associate at Parker Aerospace, you will coordinate all packaging and shipping, receive all material, process paperwork, and deliver material to the proper departments. You will also deliver and pick up Parker HSD material at supplier locations and support Production Control by performing loading and packaging functions within the plant. This role requires working with minimum supervision, organizing work in shipping and receiving areas, processing shipping documents, verifying incoming freight bills, packaging shipments, scheduling transportation, managing inventory and ordering shipping supplies, verifying supplier counts, delivering packages within the plant, loading and unloading trucks, and completing daily trip and expense reports. Participation in continuous improvement activities is also expected.

  • Coordinate all packaging and shipping.
  • Receive all material and process paperwork.
  • Deliver material to proper departments.

  • Support Production Control by performing loading and packaging functions.

  • Organize work in shipping and receiving areas as directed.
  • Process all shipping documents and verify incoming freight bills.
  • Trace shipments when required.
  • Package shipments in proper containers.
  • Schedule incoming/outgoing transportation.
  • Manage inventory and order shipping supplies.
  • Verify supplier counts from packing slips.
  • Deliver incoming packages or materials to their destinations within the plant.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Complete daily trip reports and expense reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Organizational skills to manage shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Attention to detail for processing shipping documents and verifying freight bills.
  • Ability to trace shipments and package shipments properly.
  • Skills in scheduling transportation and managing inventory.
