As a Shipping Receiving Associate at Parker Aerospace, you will coordinate all packaging and shipping, receive all material, process paperwork, and deliver material to the proper departments. You will also deliver and pick up Parker HSD material at supplier locations and support Production Control by performing loading and packaging functions within the plant. This role requires working with minimum supervision, organizing work in shipping and receiving areas, processing shipping documents, verifying incoming freight bills, packaging shipments, scheduling transportation, managing inventory and ordering shipping supplies, verifying supplier counts, delivering packages within the plant, loading and unloading trucks, and completing daily trip and expense reports. Participation in continuous improvement activities is also expected.
