At Walsworth, our team is the heart of our business, and we are currently looking for a Mail List Processor to join our team! As a Mail List Processor, you will support the data processing and management of mailing lists to ensure accurate and timely distribution of direct mail. This role involves organizing, updating, and maintaining mailing databases, preparing data files for mailing projects, and assisting with list segmentation. You will work closely with production, customer service, and sales team to ensure that all mailing lists meet client and postal standards, contributing to the overall success through data accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be willing to learn postal regulations.
• Be quality conscious, well organized, detail oriented, and have problem solving skills.
• Excellent typing and interpersonal skills, working as a team player, and the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job specifications and requirements.
• Prepare documentation that meets USPS regulations for the Post Office, create sign-off document(s) for production floor and export formatted data files for production machinery.
• Print reports, labels or other documents as required while maintaining printing devices as operable.
• Monitor work while processing for quality, report progress or discrepancies to customer service.
• Interact as required and communicate effectively with coworkers (especially customer service and sales representatives), customers and vendors to ensure we meet customer requirements and expectations, this includes resolving any data processing/USPS related issues.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of production operations.
• Follow procedures for Data Processing of customer files to machine or vendor compliant/mail ready files.
• Receive mailing files from customer and check for usability, compliance of format requirements, removing duplicate records as requested and any records with a low chance of deliverability.
• Use BCC Mail Manager software to import customer files, run CASS-encoding and National Change of Address programs in order to achieve the most mailable list in accordance to the USPS, then generate standard and / or customer-specified reports.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support production and operations.
