PULSE Electronics, a YAGEO Group company, is seeking a Shipping Receiver in Vancouver, WA.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, or equivalent
  • Two years of manufacturing/shipping/receiving or related experience
  • Current valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required
  • Proficient in data entry and PC use
  • Strong record keeping sills and attention to detail
  • Fork lift certification and ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory records of raw materials by performing receiving and issuing transactions.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and process incoming and outgoing packing slips.
  • Provide material handling services within the organization, including transportation to and from suppliers.
  • Accurately pick and prepare raw material inventory shipments for safe delivery to internal and external suppliers.
  • Process outgoing customer orders for shipments, including packaging, preparing paperwork, and shipping documentation.
  • Provide feedback to the purchasing department regarding receiving issues.
  • Research and correct receiving errors.
  • Manage delivery and pick up raw materials from suppliers.
