About The Position

You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm

Requirements

• Ability to work 8 hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

• 1 – 2 years of warehouse and shipping experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Correctly and accurately perform trailer inspections.
• Correctly identifies all raw material, finished goods, cores, packaging items, and can confirm receipts of any articles (including maintenance parts, parcels, etc.) with assistance. Can deliver all articles to correct location/person as needed.
• Basic Venture understanding and open to learning the computer programs associated with the shipping department.
• Loads and unloads trailers accurately - can follow a provided load list accurately.
• Assists in housekeeping, maintaining, and organizing the warehouse.
• Assists with monthly finished goods inventory.
• Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workers
