About The Position

Warehouse Specialists will perform daily duties and task as outlined but not limited to the loading and unloading of trucks, stage and or pull selected orders for daily production, participate in general housekeeping as outlined by management. Key Duties and Responsibilities Ability to perform and excel at all Warehouse Technician duties plus demonstrated ability to safely do the following: Ability to work efficiently and independently regarding any Receiving related activity as directed Ability to conduct RF CycleCounts as directed by count event Ability to assist co-workers on use of RF equipment Ability to arrange and consolidate aisles, lanes, locations and relocate product for maximum use of space Demonstrate an ability to read and understand production schedules Accurately pull Grocery List (RM) and transfer to Weight Out Room Bility to utilize RF system to locate, identify and move Raw Material inventory within warehouses, trailers, and plant Demonstrate understanding of packaging and raw material item characteristics Demonstrated ability to train new co-workers in all facets of daily operations Demonstrate ability to complete warehouse paperwork as required Demonstrate knowledge and ability to properly inspect trailers and load LTL, Truckloads, containers, and properly secure loads Demonstrate ability to accurately count inventory manually, make necessary updates, change and moves to correct as necessary Characteristic Requirement: No excuses mindset. Responsibilities
