About The Position

Headquartered in Fort Wayne, IN, WaterFurnace designs and manufactures ultra-efficient, renewable-energy comfort products that provide heating, cooling and potable hot water solutions for use in both homes and commercial buildings. We employ more than 350 people in R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales roles across the US and Canada. For almost four decades, our Geothermal Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Heat Recovery Chillers have been reducing energy usage consumption and increasing comfort in buildings around the world. The work hours are Monday – Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am, with overtime as required.

Requirements

• High School education

Nice To Haves

• Computer/Epicor knowledge a plus
• Forklift qualified

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and complete parcel orders
• Pick, pack and complete common carrier orders
• Complete all distributor orders with accuracy
• Operate the Pad Printer
• Load and Unload trucks
• Complete customer pickup orders
• Wrap and label skids
• Kit department
• Receiving
• Pull Parts and deliver to the production line
• Order parts from outside warehouses using email and excel
• Contribute to our company’s sustainability efforts by implementing 5S cleaning and suggesting new and efficient ideas to make our processes more efficient and sustainable
• Scan parts for Kanban reorder
• Stocking, Cleaning and Organizing
• Assist with front and back of the line shipping positions as necessary
• Forklift qualified
• Lift at least 50lbs+
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
