About The Position

The Shipping Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of employees involved in preparing, verifying, and maintaining records for all shipments and inventory control. This role ensures compliance with USDA/HACCP guidelines and promotes a safe and positive work environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Supervision experience in shipping and inventory control.
• Good interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Nice To Haves

• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities
