About The Position
The Shipping Manager is responsible for overseeing a small team of 3-4 individuals in a warehouse setting. This role involves assigning tasks to the production team, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped, and maintaining inventory levels. The Shipping Manager will also drive a hi-lo to transport pallets to designated areas and coordinate logistics to ensure proper documentation for shipments.
