About The Position

Chief Fabrication is seeking a Shipping Leadperson to join the Chief team. This position will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Works closely with production, inventory, and logistics teams to optimize shipping processes and meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality procedures generally gained in 3-5 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance to all quality control procedures and standards.
• Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Assists in training and direction of employees in the production area.
• Handle any shipping-related issues and resolve discrepancies.
