Following all safety rules and practices. Keep an accurate inventory of the finished goods warehouse. Assist in the entry of shipments in the ship right log book. Dispatch night drivers. Direct second and third shift shipping crews. Keep accurate records of the locations and contents of trailers. Track the next working day's first pulls, and making changes and adjustments as necessary. Fill in for the shipping supervisor as needed. Track forklift and clamp truck inspections. Maintain clear communication with supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel. Demonstrate flexibility to work off-shifts or additional hours as needed. Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.
