About The Position

Manage and monitor all the inbound shipments of finished goods. Assist and resolve any discrepancies or product integrity issues Correct any inventory discrepancies. Make sure all employees are following departmental safety rules. Conduct mid year and annual employee reviews Go into orders and manage how the product will be constructed on the pallet Pull customer orders by carrier and allocate inventory.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or related field

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Formal training and leadership experience preferred
