About The Position

The Royal Group Louisville, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Shipping Lead in Louisville, KY. As a Shipping Lead you will be responsible for all activities associated with shipping and receiving activities, maintain inventory of job components and finished goods, assist production team with orders shipped/received and prepare reports. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Project and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow directions accurately
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker that is dedicated to the job and team
  • The ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred that employees have prior work experience in the corrugated industry or other 2-4 years’ work experience
  • May be required to maintain a current Forklift Operator License

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate incoming orders and setting up of the production line
  • Perform recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time
  • Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
  • Professional and pleasant disposition
  • Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
  • Regular and predictable attendance with overtime allowance as job requires
  • Keep warehouse organized and clean
  • Attend all plant safety meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned
