Responsibilities Summary Under general supervision and established procedures, the Shipping & Receiving Specialist performs a variety of shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory control, and material handling duties of small parts in support of manufacturing operations. This position operates in a fast-paced production environment and requires strong organizational and computer skills to process inventory transactions, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system. This is not a traditional warehouse shipping position. The role requires frequent use of computer systems and other communication tools and shipping platforms to manage inventory transactions, prepare domestic and international shipments, and communicate with internal departments and external carriers.
