About The Position

The Shipping & Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate preparation, documentation and coordination of outbound and inbound shipments for both the Manufacturing site and Postponement Site. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring timely flow of material into and out of the facilities. In addition to coordinating shipping activities, the Shipping & Inventory Control Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying materials, supporting cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly in SAP S/4 and EWM. This position is essential to support operational efficiency, and high service levels within the supply chain.

Requirements

  • 1+ years fork truck/lift experience
  • Ability to perform as a Clorox licensed forklift operator, with additional qualification for use of attachments.
  • Hands-on experience with EWM and related warehouse management processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system errors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in shipping, clerical work and warehouse coordination.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 and MES integration, or equivalent systems.
  • Knowledge of advanced warehouse task management and exception handling.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound shipments
  • Prepare and process outbound shipping documents from the manufacturing site to PDC/RDC locations.
  • Prepare and process inbound shipping documents for the PDC.
  • Verify shipment accuracy by reviewing pack lists, materials, and inventory prior to releasing shipments to PDC/RDCs.
  • Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies (e.g., shortages, overages) in coordination with the Distribution team.
  • Enter and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date shipment data in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Maintain organized records of all shipping documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and related finished‑goods inventory tasks.
