About The Position

P.F. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Handler to be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate shipping of wholesale orders. You will also be responsible for receiving pallets of heavy freight on a loading dock, assisting in inventory and supply management, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements

Experience shipping with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS.
Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. This is a physically intensive job, and you will be on your feet for the majority of the day.
Forklift Certification and/or willingness to become forklift certified.
close attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We process a high volume of shipments every day of the week.
Reliable transportation to our Commerce Warehouse and punctuality are a must.
You will be working in a fully functioning and very fragrant candle studio. Please be advised that this job is not ideal for those with fragrance sensitivities.

Responsibilities

Fulfillment of national and international accounts, including Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom, and various distributors around the world.
Picking and packing orders for wholesale accounts.
Assembling cartons to pack fragile (and heavy) items with care and attention.
Managing storage of all goods and inventory within the warehouse.
Miscellaneous clerical shipping work.
Maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
Assisting other departments as needed.
