We currently have an opening for a Forklift Operator at our manufacturing and distribution facility located in Mississauga, ON. We encourage individuals from all backgrounds and experiences to apply. Position Summary The Forklift Operator supports shipping and receiving within the distribution team and is responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, stack, and count materials. Location: 6810 Invader Crescent, Mississauga, ON L5T 2B6 (view on google maps) Work Schedule: 12‑hour continental day shift (7:30 am–7:30 pm, 7 shifts bi‑weekly).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or practical equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
  • Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions and available for overtime as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Successful candidates must pass background screening as per CTPAT guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Forklift Operator Certification is an asset (IPEX supports ongoing training).

Responsibilities

  • Safely load, unload, and secure raw materials and finished products onto transportation vehicles.
  • Dismantle and re‑crate storage containers as required.
  • Report any damaged products so inventory can be updated accurately.
  • Complete preventative maintenance checklists and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the yard and surrounding work areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving.
  • Support team operations by performing additional duties as needed.
