Pay: $19.50/hr – eligible for pay increases at 6 months and again at 1 year, based on performance Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm, with overtime including Saturday Schedule Requirements: This position requires flexibility with start times based on operational needs. Requirements

Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
Minimum 6 months of forklift experience - required
A safety-first mindset
Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods

Responsibilities

Safely operate a forklift, order picker, and turret truck to perform duties within the shipping department
Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts to maintain accuracy
Safely move materials and products within the facility
Other duties as assigned, whether on or off a forklift, based on department and business need
